Snapple Elements Catches Air With The 2002 Core Tour Sports & Music Festival
Snapple Beverage Group in support of it’s Elements Area2 Mountain Board Tour, has entered into a one-year sponsorship of the 2002 Core Tour Sports & Music Festival, announced today by Sandbox Marketing, owner of the tour.
Under terms of the arrangement, Snapple, through its agency, Deutsch, will become title sponsor of the “Elements Mountain Board Madness” mountain board competition at the three Core Tour events in Venice Beach, CA, June 21-23; South Street Seaport, NY, July 19-21 and Huntington Beach, CA, Sept 6-8.
Spectators will be able to see some of the world’s best mountain boarders dropping in on a massive 22’ launch ramp as they catch huge air perform death defying stunts. Spectators will also be able to taste free Elements juice products in the vendor expo area.
White Plains, N.Y.-based Snapple, a unit of Cadbury Schweppes plc, has a beverage portfolio that includes Snapple, Mistic, Orangina, Stewart’s and Yoo-hoo diflucan tablets online.
