Sandbox Marketing, LLC of Tustin, CA has announced its plans for a holiday skate contest for Journeys and Osiris Shoes, announced today by Steve Ehret, Partner, Sandbox Marketing, LLC.

Journeys presents Ignition® featuring the Osiris® Am Jam will take place November 19, 2005 at United Skatepark in Lawrenceville, GA. Ignition is a unique opportunity for 20 of Atlantas hottest young skaters to come out and rip it up in front of their friends and family. Osiris® will bring out four of its professional skateboarders to conduct exhibitions and instruct kids on the proper way to skateboard, including safety.

The youths will have the opportunity to skateboard on a world-class street course that has been designed and built with fun and safety in mind.

200 lucky fans will enjoy an exclusive barbeque with the Osiris® pros. The first 100 people to purchase a pair of Osiris® shoes at select Journeys® retail locations can invite a guest to hang with the Osiris® Team.
