Sandbox Marketing, LLC announced today that it has been retained by Edwards Theatres to produce the Ultimate X Freestyle Moto Festival to promote the opening of the Giant Screen film, “Ultimate X: The Movie”.

This two day event takes place May 11 at Irvine Spectrum and Ontario Palace and May 12 at Valencia Town Center. Event admission is free.

The Ultimate X Freestyle Moto Festival will entertain spectators with Freestyle Motocross Exhibitions. X-Games Gold Medalist Tommy Clowers and Jeff Tilton will be featured in two Freestyle Motocross demos at each Edwards Giant Screen location. Sandbox Marketing will construct a one-of-a-kind mobile launch and landing ramp that the riders will use to soar over 100 feet.

This exhilarating original film showcases eye-popping skateboarding, biking, moto X and street luge competitions as they have never been seen before on the giant screen.

A large format look into ESPN’s massively popular Summer X Games, chronicling the highlights and stories behind the 2001 X Games in Philadelphia as it showcases the skateboarding, biking, moto X and street luge competitions on the giant screen for the first time. It will also represent the stories of the athletes themselves as they compete in the year’s most important event in their respective sport.
